Operational visibility, from the field to the decision.

We design, integrate, and operate IoT solutions that measure what matters, keep working when the connection drops, and turn field data into decisions.

The problem

What you can't see still costs you.

In many operations, information arrives late, incomplete, or only when someone goes to check. The cost shows up later: on the bill, in the audit, or in lost product.

Logging gaps

A power or signal outage leaves periods with no data. For the DGA or the ISP, a gap can't be reconstructed.

Failures found too late

A compressor failing overnight, a pump running dry, or a leak gets detected only after the damage is done.

Data without context

Your bill tells you how much you spent, but not where, when, or why. Without that detail, there's no way to fix it.

The problem isn't measuring. It's to keep measuring the day the power goes out or the signal drops.

Solutions

What do you need to control?

Start with the problem. Technology comes after.

How it works

From sensor to decision, even when the internet goes down.

An open, multi-vendor architecture with local intelligence. The cloud is where you view the data; the record lives on site.

No internet: NBnano keeps measuring, logging, and evaluating alarms on site.
On reconnect: it forwards the backlog to NBcloud and to regulatory reporting, with no gaps.
No system replacement: it integrates with what's already in place via Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, or API.

No system replacement. No disruption to operations.

Narrowbits Engineering

We don't just integrate. We design.

Behind every solution there's engineering: industrial edge computing, our own products built on electronics developed with IQnexus, protocol integration, and software. That's why we can connect what others can't, from a legacy RS-232 meter to a SCADA or BMS.

Chile · New Zealand

Chile and New Zealand: technology that evolves together.

Narrowbits is developed in Chile, on a technology base shared with IQnexus in New Zealand. On that base we've built our own engineering, software, and industrial integration capabilities, proven in real projects across different markets and industries.

Today, both companies actively collaborate. We share knowledge and new developments that continuously strengthen our solutions.

Next step

Let's start with one point.

You don't need to decide on the whole operation. A single measured point already shows where the risk is and how much can be recovered.
